Mr. Weinstein's career as a real estate financier, developer and entrepreneur spans close to forty years. Over this period, he has developed hotel, residential and office properties from Vermont to Florida through his Stamford, Connecticut based company Hannah Real Estate Investors and, previously, as President of Lexington Development Group in New York. He also co-founded Clearview Investment Management which repositioned and managed several high profile office buildings and hotels in Fairfield County. He was particularly adept at complex value-add opportunities such as brownfields projects and distressed turnarounds during several business cycles. His hands on development experience and knowledge of the process of building and repositioning assets brings a unique set of skills to the business. Mr. Weinstein is a graduate of Columbia University where he studied Economics & History.

N. Robert Friedman
Principal and Co-Founder
Mr. Friedman has over twenty years of experience in capital formation and real estate. He is a principal at Lanesborough Partners, a New York-based real estate equity firm. He was a Managing Director at Bankers Capital Realty Advisors in New York, a commercial real estate firm which specializes in placing debt and equity on behalf of developers, owners and operators of substantial properties and has arranged several billion dollars of financing since its inception. Mr. Friedman held a senior role on the international finance desk at Oppenheimer & Co in New York and began his career with Paramount Capital after graduating from Yale University's School of Management with an MBA in finance.

Stephen Chalk
Principal
Stephen Chalk has over two and a half decades of hotel, resort and condo-hotel development and investment experience. He has 40 years experience in the Food Service Industry. Over the last decade, he has been an integral part in the development of a variety of luxury hospitality projects in the US, Europe and Caribbean. His clients included Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Millennium, Extel Developments, Marriott, Jack Nicklaus Organization, and numerous well known developers and finance partners. He began his hotel career as a specialist in Food Service and Commercial Laundry for Hotels. This included design, supply and installation of equipment for over 40 projects within 10 years. Through Mr. Chalk's extensive network of contacts within the hotel and finance industries, Mr. Chalk has successfully negotiated, secured financing, and executed transactions in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Chalk is a graduate of Philadelphia University with a BS in Engineering and Design.

Helen Silverman
Director of Administration
Mrs. Silverman served as Vice President of Administration at Merrill Lynch Capital Partners from 1984 to 1994. In June of 1994 the group left Merrill to form Stonington Partners, Inc. Mrs. Silverman worked with Stonington Partners until July of 2011. She received her Master of Science degree from Brooklyn College and her Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University.

she spent three years in Prague, Czech Republic, studying International Relations and Trade at the
University of Economics. Ms. Thinlay is earning a degree in Finance and Investments at Baruch College.
